We can use digital or standard photographs. Your photos will be returned to you. Please take all picures out of frames and albums.
We must have your pictures 4 - 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.
We need approximately 50 pictures to make a 3 -4 minute video photo montage. The maximum number of photos we can put in our standard photo montage is 60.
- Baby photos
- Childhood pictures
- High school pictures and/or yearbooks
- Family pictures
- Pictures of special places you and your fiancée have been
- Other pictures or home video you would like included
We would also like the name/s of songs you would like to have as your montage soundtrack. If possible, please provide us with the CD of this music.
If you have digital photos, please email them to parrotinfo@wildparrot.com or send us a CD.
Please let us know if you will be showing the photo montage at the rehearsal dinner or at the reception. We can work with the reception location or you can rent projection equipment from us to show the montage.
Showing the montage at the reception or rehearsal:
Rehearsal – Unless you have contracted with us to film the rehearsal, there will be a $150.00 charge if you would like us to setup the photo montage at the rehearsal. We set up using a 15 inch LCD monitor and speakers. If you need the montage projected onto a large screen, we can do this for $300.00. We can also provide you with a DVD of the photo montage and you can show the photo montage yourself at no additional charge.
Reception - If you would like the montage to be shown at the reception, we bring a 15 inch monitor with us with built-in speakers. This usually goes near the sign-in table or another location where guest can view presentation. (No additional charge)
If you would the montage projected onto a large screen and would like us to provide the projector, screen and setup / teardown of equipment, there is a charge of $200.00. Please let us know at least 4 weeks prior to your wedding day if you would like us to do this.
Montage with no wedding package - If you would like us to put together a photo montage for your wedding but do not need us to film, the cost is $225.00. We will provide you with a DVD so you will be able to show it yourself. If you would like us to project the montage, the cost is an additional $200.00.
