Below is a checklist of things that are important to know.

We must film your love story approximately 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.

• Locations in the surrounding area must be chosen. These location can be just about anywhere from Mt. Bonnel to Zilker Park to a boat on Lake Travis. For some locations, permission may be needed to film there. The earlier you have locations in mind, the better.
• On the filming day, your fiancée and yourself will be split up to do the interview without the other one there. Both of you will be filmed the same day. If we need to film you on different days, an additional fee will be charged.
• We will then go to the other filming locations around town to get additional film of you two together.
• A typical love story interview will be about 20 - 30 minutes per person.
• We will be using a wireless microphone for audio.
• Have fun with it! The Love Story will be an absolute favorite of everyone who watches your video including yourselves.

To schedule your love story interview, please email us with the subject line being your first and last name. We try and film love stories interviews on days other then Saturday due to other wedding obligations.

Showing the Love Story at your rehearsal or reception:

Rehearsal – unless you have contracted with us to film the rehearsal, there will be a $150.00 charge if you would like us to setup the love story at the rehearsal. We set up using a 15 inch LCD monitor and speakers. If you need the love story projected onto a large screen, we can do this for $200.00. We can also provide you with a DVD of the love story and you can show it yourself at no additional charge.

Reception - If you would like the love story to be shown at the reception, we bring a 15 inch monitor with us with built-in speakers. This usually goes near the sign-in table or another location where guest can view presentation. (No additional charge)

An absolute favorite is when we show the love story right before your first dance. We put up a large screen near the dance floor with sound to support the room and project the love story onto the screen. Right after your story is complete, the music comes on and you dance your first song. There is usually not a dry eye in the house. There is an additional $200.00 charge for this service.
