FAQs about Wildparrot Productions High Definition
1) Why HD?
HD is the latest in technology of both picture and sound quality, a new set of standards that affect the quality of television forever. These new standards are as dramatic as going from black and white to color TV.
Basically, TVs sets today use what is called Standard Definition, which means most TVs have 480 visible lines of detail. HD video and TVs have as many as 1080 visible lines of details. This means everything on camera will look more true-to-life and real. Experience the emotions as if they were happening again in real-time.
2) Can I play my video on a regular DVD player and TV?
We can make DVDs for you that will play back on a standard TV and DVD player.
3) How do I play back my HD video?
On Blu-ray disc or using Window's Media Player or Quicktime.
4) Can we get our HD DVDs when we get an HD DVD player and/or and HDTV at home?
Most definitley! Included with our high defintion packages is the protection to get your HD DVDs made when the technology is available to you.
5) What is the cost to film in HD?
We charge $200.00 for filming and editing in HD. This also includes one (1) HD Blu-ray DVD. HD filming and editing is inlcuded with the Wildflower package.
6) What type of equipiment do you use to film in HD?
