1) A 25% deposit is due at time of signing unless event is within 30 days of signing and then amount due in full.
2) Deposit is refundable up to 90 days prior to event.
3) The balance is due on or before wedding day.
4) It is the responsibility of the client to secure permission of the church, synagogue or other officials to film the ceremony. The deposit is non-refundable if such officials prevent filming. Wildparrot Productions will abide by the rules of the church or synagogue regarding camera placement at the ceremony.
5) Wildparrot reserves the right to use any and/or all footage for promotional purposes.
6) The video is strictly produced for the client’s private, home use only. Any duplication or broadcast (including Internet use) without written consent of Wildparrot Productions is strictly prohibited.
7) It is the client’s responsibility to inform Wildparrot Productions of any specific needs or changes in events.
8) A Wildparrot employee or a Wildparrot contract employee will film your wedding.
9) 7.75% sales tax will be added to packages and additional services.
10) Client agrees that if any edits are requested after delivery, that a fee will be charged.

We agree to the above terms of the contract.
